Distance Learning means that you can start when you are ready, and where and when it suits, as there are no classes to attend. You are supported by your industry experienced trainer via telephone and email communication no matter where you are.

Distance Learning Delivery and Shipping Policy.
– Participants wishing to complete their qualification via distance instead of online will incur additional material and postage fees which are included in the Distance Learning Course Fees advertised on each course page.
– Should participants wish to exchange a particular unit for another they may return the printed materials to QTS via post. QTS will post the preferred unit materials at no extra charge.
– No refunds or exchanges will be given for printed materials that are considered used or damaged.
– Participants will be required to pay $50 AUD per unit for any replacement of printed materials.
– QTS uses Australia Post services for all outgoing mail. We endeavour to post your materials within 1-2 working days however if materials are unavailable it may take up to 7 working days.
