You may be eligible to access $4950 for training in the supervision and mentoring of trainees or apprentices in your workplace.

Are you a small business owner aged 50 years+
OR
An employee aged 50 years+
And supervising an apprentice or trainee

Experience+ Training also referred to as Experience Plus Training

Allows you to retain valuable skills and experience in your workplace. It provides quality training, leading to a nationally recognised qualification, for the over 50, to enhance their leadership, mentoring, and supervisory skills.

Units may include:

BSBMGT401A - Show leadership in the workplace
TAEDEL404A - Mentor in the workplace
BSBLED401A - Develop teams and individuals
BSBWOR402A - Promote team effectiveness
BSBMGT402A - Implement operational plan
BSBWOR404B - Develop work priorities
BSBMGT403A - Implement continuous improvement
TAEDEL301A - Provide work skill instruction
BSBINN301A - Promote innovation in a team environment
BSBOHS407A - Monitor a safe workplace
